Sizing and fit

What fit are your t-shirts?
Regular fit, true to size. Not oversized, not slim. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser drop, go one size up.

Which sizes do you stock?
M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL, in every colour we sell.

Where do I find measurements?
On our Size Guide, in inches, with instructions on how to measure a tee you already own.

Do they shrink?
Minimally. The cotton is pre-shrunk and bio-washed. Wash cold and avoid a hot tumble dry and you will not see a change in size.

Fabric

What does 180 GSM mean?
GSM is grams per square metre, a measure of how heavy the fabric is. Most budget tees sit at 140–160 GSM, which is why they turn thin and see-through. Our Deccan Core tees are 180 GSM.

What fabric are the polos?
Deccan Aero polos are cut in a 200 GSM breathable performance knit. It resists creasing, holds the collar shape, dries fast and keeps deep colours from fading.

Orders and shipping

Do you ship across India?
Yes, to every serviceable PIN code in India. We do not currently ship internationally.

How long does delivery take?
Dispatch within 24–48 working hours, then 2–4 working days to metro cities and 4–7 working days to the rest of India. Full detail on our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is collected. See Track Your Order.

Returns and exchanges

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Your first size exchange on an order is free. Full detail on our Returns & Exchanges page.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure checkout. Cash on delivery availability is shown at checkout for your PIN code.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.
